GENERAL HOSPITAL has cast newcomer Drew Garrett in the role of Michael Corinthos III, replacing Dylan Cash. Garrett will first air on April 24, but Michael won’t be opening his eyes until May. Cash played Carly’s oldest son — currently in a vegetative state after being accidentally shot in the head — from March 2002 through May 2008. He last aired on Dec. 29, 2008.
